Regenerative Air Sweeper

High-velocity air sweeping for parking lots, marked pavement, and fine particulate removal.

What It Is

A regenerative air sweeper uses a high-velocity air blast to lift fine particles off the surface and into a collection chamber — without any mechanical broom contact with the pavement. It’s quieter than a broom truck, gentler on surfaces, and better suited for jobs where you need a clean result without grinding up striping, surface sealers, or sensitive pavement markings.

How It Works

The machine blasts air down onto the surface, which lifts dirt and fine debris up into the air stream. That air is then recirculated through a closed system that separates the debris and deposits it in the hopper. Because there is no mechanical scrubbing, the sweeper does not disturb paint or markings and produces less dust than a broom truck.

Best Used For

  • Parking lots and shopping centers
  • Surfaces with painted lane markings, logos, or directional arrows
  • Areas where dust control is a priority — near occupied buildings or sensitive environments
  • Post-construction light debris on sealed pavement
  • Environmentally sensitive locations where dust suppression matters
  • Routine lot maintenance for commercial and retail properties

Why It Matters

The right sweeper for a parking lot is not the same one you’d use on a freshly milled highway. Regenerative air gives you a cleaner result on fine debris and sealed surfaces without the wear you would get from a mechanical broom. For property managers and facility operators, that means cleaner lots and longer-lasting markings.
